PKP visit The Theatre of Dreams

Thanks to a friend of a friend PKD & PKM were able to go to The Theatre of Dreams last night to watch Manchester United v West Bromwich Albion in the Carling Cup.

It was our first trip to a football match together – ah! Unfortunately for PKD he had to pretend that he supported Manchester United as we were sat in the famous Stretford End – for some reason he enjoyed joining in with the Keano chants (think he was referring to Robbie though rather than Roy!)

The trip was an eye opener for PKD as he has only ever been in the visitors area before and wasn’t used to the luxury of tv screens on which to watch replays of the match whilst waiting to be served at one of the numerous refreshments points – apparently they have no tvs and only one refreshment point in the visitors section – sevres them right for not supportin United I say!!

Anyway we had a good night, well I did, and Man U won 3 – 1!

Now I have a trip to White Hart Lane to look forward to in the New Year.
