Christmas Day 2007 – Part 2
Joshua arrived at 4.30pm and excitement ensued. Joshua discovered that Father Christmas had left him a pile of presents underneath the Christmas tree and so he started to unwrap them. Daniel and Emilie sat and watched very patiently, not that it took Josh long to tear the wrapping paper off his mountain of gifts.
By 5pm Daniel, Emilie and Joshua were running around like lunatics playing Power Rangers and The Fairy – Joshua had got a red power ranger suit and a power ranger game, Emilie didn’t want to be left out so she dressed up as a fairy and used a sword to defend herself against the power rangers.
This game soon came to an end when Joshua decided that he now wanted to do some of the jigsaws that Father Christmas had bought him. The evening was spent flitting from present to present with a few interruptions consisting of dinner and another present for all of us from Mummy (Alli).
Mummy (Alli) made us all sit down in the lounge as she had found a present that hadn’t been unwrapped and it was addressed to Tim, Daniel, Emilie and Joshua, when we opened it we found that Mummy (Alli) had treated us all to a wii and even Daddy (Tim) knew nothing about it.
Once the excitement of the wii had curtailed we carried on flitting from present to present and we spoke to both our Grandad’s and told them all about our Christmas Day.
At 10pm we were told it was time for bed and we didn’t argue as we were very tired by then!!
We had lovely Christmas Day made even better by the fact that we actually all got to see Joshua on Christmas Day – the first time this has ever happened!
