Emilie is a Star!

This afternoon Emilie was a star in her first school nativity. Mummy went to watch her and said that she did very well.

She has been singing snippets of songs around the house for weeks, but as soon as she realised that someone was listening she would stop, finally this afternoon Mummy got to her Emilie and the rest of the reception year sing the songs in full and she says that they sang them beautifully.

Emilie and the other 6 stars had a turn at being centre stage when they gave a rendition of twinkle twinkle little star complete with a little dance.

Emilie has also told us that she was very pleased that Mummy managed to get a seat on the front row as it meant that she could take lots of pictures of her – not that she is vain or anything.

Mummy says that it was lovely to watch Emilie in her first school nativity and that it even bought a little tear to her eye – she is a softy sometimes.
